On April 24, 2026, the Head of the testing laboratory of the Forensic expert kollegium, Konstantin Dadzkou, conducted training for industry specialists on the topic: «Welded joints. Methods of non-destructive testing. Requirements for technical inspection and diagnostics of equipment operating under excessive pressure».

The training was held as part of the professional development course «Management and safety assurance system for equipment operating under excessive pressure (vessels, boilers, boiler rooms, pipelines)» at the State educational institution «Institute for advanced training and retraining of managers and specialists of industry «Kadry Industrii».

On April 15, 2026, Konstantin Dadzkou, the Head of the testing laboratory of the Forensic expert kollegium, was issued a certificate of competence of a level II specialist in vibration diagnostic testing in the industrial sector “Pre-operational or operational testing, including production”.

On April 14^th, 2026, the Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Genady Ignatkovich and the Head of the testing laboratory of the Forensic expert kollegium Konstantin Dadzkou took part in the III Republican scientific and methodological seminar titled "Current issues of pre-trial proceedings in cases of violations of occupational safety regulations resulting in fatalities and injuries to workers”, organized by the Central office of the Investigative committee of the Republic of Belarus. The Head of the testing laboratory, K. Dadzkou, delivered a presentation at the seminar titled “Specific features of conducting expertise in cases of workplace accidents: documents confirming the presence or absence of a causal relationship with the accident”.
